LearningRx Santa Rosa Takes Home Top Awards From National Convention

The LearningRx Santa Rosa Brain Training Center team took home two top awards at the company’s national convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado: the 2018 Glia Award and the 2018 Customer Service Award.

The Glia Award honors the center director who is most supportive of the LearningRx franchisees. The award takes its name from the Glia cell, which is a support cell.

“Suzi and her team have provided great support to our 79 centers this year,” says LearningRx Chief Research & Development Officer Tanya Mitchell. “They are generous with their time and energy, which has helped everyone succeed. We wanted to recognize them among their peers to show our appreciation.”

The Customer Service Award is given to centers that have shown a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks clients (or their parents) the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend. The 10-point measurement of customer loyalty also works as a system to increase customer satisfaction. LearningRx has used the accountability program to create system-wide profitable growth.
