LearningRx Savage Takes Home Top Award From National Brain Training Convention

LearningRx Savage Center Director and owner Rich Frieder took home a top award from this year’s national convention in Colorado Springs, Colorado: The Glia Award.

The Glia Award honors the center director who is most supportive of the LearningRx franchisees. The award takes its name from the Glia cell, which is a support cell.

“Rich and his team have provided great support to our 80 centers this year,” says LearningRx Chief Research Officer Tanya Mitchell. “They are generous with their time and energy, which has helped everyone succeed. We wanted to recognize them among their peers to show our appreciation.”

Frieder operates three centers in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota, including Savage, Eagan and Woodbury. Previously, Frieder worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years, but decided he wanted to be his own boss and do something with a value-based purpose. LearningRx allowed him to combine his business experience and his faith and he’s never looked back.

“Being passionate about what we do at LearningRx and how we change lives makes coming to work each day both fun and meaningful,” says Frieder. “I’m happy proud to take home the Glia Award and to be a part of such a successful team.”
