My son is doing so much better in school, he can focus on what needs to be done. Homework and projects would take HOURS for him to finish. Not anymore. He’s able to use time at school more effectively, which helps reduce the amount of homework he has. His focus, verbal comprehension, and auditory processing have improved so much and that was my main expectation of LearningRx.

I can’t put into words how absolutely grateful I am for Kathi and Doug sincerely. I sustained several injuries including a closed-head injury when a nail gun fell off of a roof and hit me directly on the head…I started with an initial 18-week program and could see the impact. My son started at LearningRx struggling with letter recognition and letter sounds. After just 30 sessions, he is reading and testing above average for his age and grade. The trainers genuinely care, and Gina really helped us understand where our son was struggling, and where improvement was needed. When you see the changes in your child from the beginning to the end, it is very rewarding. Our son was very reluctant at the beginning of training but started to show joy in sharing the activities he was working on. We have seen our son be able to sit for longer periods of time when completing tasks. His attention span has lengthened which has improved his work at school.
Gabrielle has shown consistent improvements in her schoolwork scores. She has told us that school seems easier. I was very pleased with the service I received from LearningRX. My child was substantially delayed when we entered the program. After 150+ lessons my daughter was able to correct her deficiencies and more importantly the skills she learned will help her in the future. In addition, I must mention professionalism of the entire team through frequent check-in meetings/follow-ups about the progress child is making as well as inquiring about anything additional they can do.
Reading level has gone up. I have also noticed a huge improvement in Holden’s vocabulary. He still takes a while to process things but his ability to process thoughts has significantly improved.
The program was an excellent experience for Kai. He made a lot of progress in spite of his resistance at times. We are seeing his improvements in his schoolwork, less Cs and more As and Bs. His piano teacher can see the changes in his focus and progress with learning his material.
Kai would not be as far along without this program. They worked hard to meet him where he was and knew when to push him to achieve better results.

We found LearningRx when we were seeking help for our 10 year old son, Gabe. Every year at school, we were told that his reading is below grade level. This was exhibited at home with nightly struggles to complete homework, usually entailing two hours of arguing, tears and frustration to complete 15 minutes of homework. Almost immediately, Gabe was reading things at random out loud to us. When school started in the fall, he started doing his homework by himself, without the usual coaxing and arguing.
Ashley was absolutely wonderful for my son Jack. She was so patient with him and seemed to know exactly how to encourage him in the moment. I saw my son go from someone who spiraled in his thoughts to be able to think clearly and analyze them in a gentle way. He’s more confident in himself and how he expresses his emotions conversationally and internally. Very happy with the outcome.

Ethan could not read at the beginning of his training. He had no confidence on himself. And the school did not support us as a family. This program made a huge difference in my son’s cognitive skills! In pre-assessment, he scored well below average in 7 out of 9 skills. By the end of the program, he scored average to well above average in 7 of the 10 skills, while still showing huge growth in the two lower scoring skills. I highly recommend this program if your child struggles at all in any area!
When Katrina first came to LearningRx, we had a frustrated, almost angry daughter who was having a difficult time at school and receiving poor grades. Deciding to proceed with LearningRx turned out to be an excellent choice.
