“My daughter Theresa has been struggling on various levels since she started school. One noticeable item was the way she spoke. She would start a sentence and then it would trail off into some kind of gibberish. Another problem she had was following directions, asking multiple times, “What do I do again, Mommy?” “What do I do again, Mommy?” In addition to these, her attention span was very short. Theresa started to notice she was different and it really bothered her. She would ask me, “Mommy, what’s wrong with me?” I didn’t know the answer. I felt terrible. I wanted my daughter to be successful, but who could help? The school tutoring program didn’t seem to make a different in Theresa’s academic skills. Then, a friend of mine told me about LearningRx. I never heard of them before. I went to the website to find out more about them. The information provided got me to call for a consultation. I felt very optimistic about the ThinkRx program. Once Theresa started I noticed a big difference in her attitude and willingness to learn. Over a short period of time, her speech got better, she was more focused, and her ability to complete tasks had improved.
