Local brain-training company named in franchise satisfaction survey
Franchise Business Review reports most child-services franchisees are “very satisfied”
Colorado Springs, CO (Grassroots Newswire) 06/07/2007 - Franchise Business Review has released a report citing that an overwhelming percentage of franchisees who own child-service related business are “very satisfied” with their business investment. The survey included Colorado Springs-based LearningRx, a national brain-training company that specializes in identifying and correcting cognitive skill deficiencies.
The survey results come as no surprise to Dr. Ken Gibson, founder of LearningRx. The company recently announced the results of its Net Promoter Score evaluation by franchisees: an exceptional 69.
“While we knew our clients and franchise owners were very happy with our cognitive skills training programs based on the hundreds of calls, emails and letters we’ve received, it wasn’t until we applied the Net Promoter evaluation that we truly understood our level of franchisee satisfaction,” said Dr. Ken Gibson, founder and CEO of LearningRx. “With the average company in America coming in around 11, our score of 69 just solidified that we were not only doing something we believed in, but also changing the lives of our clients and franchise owners for the better.”
Some 1,250 franchisees from more than 24 national franchise brands were involved in the study. Franchisees were asked more than 40 questions related to training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, market demographics, business lifestyle and overall satisfaction with their business. In addition to LearningRx, other participants included Gymboree, JumpBunch, TSS Photography, and The Little Gym.
