LearningRx Center Opening In Norfolk
Colorado Springs, CO
Colorado Springs-based LearningRx is opening a new center in Norfolk. The cognitive skills training center is one of six new LearningRx franchises that were granted and trained in recent months. 42 LearningRx Centers now exist throughout the nation.
Annette McClean, franchisee of the LearningRx Norfolk franchise, says she is eager to open her center and benefit Virginians with the program. “LearningRx can help many in the community who have learning, attention or reading problems,” explains McClean. “These unique programs will bring a change to the lives of children and adults.”
LearningRx Chief Operations Officer, Dean Tenpas, says the Norfolk LearningRx center is a welcome addition. “We are certain that Annette and her staff will help us continue to grow in our mission to improve the way people read and learn,” says Tenpas. “We’re thrilled to have a presence in the Norfolk area.”
McClean encourages people wanting more information to visit the LearningRx web site at www.learningrx.com.
LearningRx Centers help individuals of all ages and performance levels. Unlike tutoring or computer-based programs that focus on behavior management or specific academic skills, LearningRx provides cognitive skills training that improve the brain's ability to process information. It does for mental abilities and the brain what exercise does for the body.
