They involve education methods particular to the individual. In other words, they try to educate each individual in the way they are presumed most efficiently to learn. It is commonly believed that most people favor some particular method of interacting with, taking in, and processing stimuli or information. This style is evident in the ways children learn and recall information. For example, a child might be able to give a description of a movie, but fail to remember the specific plots or characters.

They tend to leave tasks unfinished or skip to the creative part. And they prefer tests that require essays instead of a recital of facts.
